What should I do if I can’t reach Tel-jeunes?
Our services are open every day from 8 a.m. to midnight, and we close the waiting line at 11:45 p.m. It’s possible that you may not be able to reach us outside of these hours, or that wait times are longer due to high demand. We do our best to respond to as many people as possible, while taking the time needed for each conversation.If you need immediate help, call 911.
If you or someone you know is in danger, contact the Suicide Prevention Centre at 1-866-APPELLE.
